Team Human and the Israel Palestine Conflict: Transforming the way we live and work with a speak up culture featuring Stephen Shedletzky

Episode Summary

Let's step into a moment in time with our guest, Stephen Shedletzky, who reaches a peak performance moment in his career only to be met with a global conflict that has a personal impact. His book, Speak Up Culture, was released on Oct 3rd, 2023. Only four days later, our world was met with the tragedy in Gaza on Oct 7th. Despite the difficulty of the moment, that peak performance (in this case, publishing a book on Speak Up Culture) becomes exactly what we need to help us navigate it all. This episode encourages us all to be on 'Team Human' and to honour the reality that we all have different perspectives AND we can still respect and honour each other despite our differences. Shed encourages us to consider how we might all be right and we might all be wrong and to move on to see what we can find in common. In an effort to co-exist at work, in life, and in our society, let's get up on the balcony and see what we have in common.
